Customer Service is so important to us that if we cannot provide you the act that you desire, we will do our very best to find you an equally high quality replacement. Unlike many agencies out there, we will always inform you if, on the very rare occasion, we need to replace an act, and if you are not entirely happy with our replacement suggestion, we will refund any deposits you may have paid for the act that you booked.
